
Meg Randall
Principal, Chief of Staff
Meg Randall is the Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer at EdReports. She is responsible for driving strategic alignment, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring effective execution across organizational priorities. Meg partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to steward key initiatives and internal decision-making processes that advance EdReports’ mission and values.
Meg brings deep experience in strategy, operations, and executive leadership. She has led enterprise-wide goal-setting efforts, managed high-impact transformation initiatives, and built operational rhythms that empower teams to focus, collaborate, and deliver measurable results. Before joining EdReports, Meg co-founded a startup, worked as an independent consultant, and held senior leadership roles supporting C-suite executives in translating strategy into action.
Meg holds a B.A. from St. Lawrence University. She has trained as an end-of-life doula and continues to deepen her practice through volunteer work. She lives in Vermont with her child, where she finds joy in cooking for friends, walking in the woods in search of birds, mushrooms, and wildflowers, hosting game nights, swimming under the stars, and exploring her creative side as both an art collector and multimedia dabbler.
