Erin Waltz

Erin Waltz is a Human Resources Lead at EdReports. In partnership with the Operations Office, she leads the execution of a multifaceted strategy for Human Resources operations and the management of HR systems and training. She has over a decade of experience in HR, beginning her career as a recruiter for Teach For America and an HR Manager for a school network in her home state, Ohio. Prior to joining EdReports, Erin worked as a consultant on HRIS technology and supported clients around the country to improve the strategy and effectiveness of their systems. In her free time, she loves to do escape rooms, try new restaurants, and spend time with her family.
