
Erin Sinnott
Director, Project Management
Erin Sinnott (she/her) is the Director of Project Management at EdReports, where she leads efforts to align strategy, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to turn vision into sustained impact. She strengthens how work moves across the organization by clarifying priorities, shaping decision practices, and cultivating cultures of learning and shared accountability. Erin is passionate about building inclusive practices and systems that amplify the brilliance of diverse teams and enable them to do their best work in service of educators and students.
With more than 15 years of experience leading organizational transformation across education systems and nonprofits, Erin’s work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and equity. She began her career at TNTP, leading national data and continuous improvement efforts focused on teacher pipeline, teacher effectiveness and instructional culture. At Denver Public Schools, she led the expansion of a distributive leadership and strategic staffing model from 14 to 147 schools, building the operating structures and cross-functional partnerships that supported districtwide adoption. Most recently at Promise54, she partnered with education and nonprofit leaders nationally to design equity-centered talent strategies and strengthen organizational effectiveness during periods of growth and change.
Erin holds a B.A. from Colgate University. She lives in Vermont, where she is learning to garden, loves traveling and practicing Spanish, and enjoys camping, live music, and adventuring in all seasons with her family.
