
Erin Krapf
Lead, Development
Erin Krapf is a Development Specialist at EdReports responsible for working with all internal and external stakeholders to enhance the organization’s fundraising capacity, streamline systems, and support funder relationships. Erin has a B.A. in history from the University of Arizona. She is passionate about putting strategy into practice and has dedicated a full work-life managing operations for high-performing teams including Education Leaders of Color where Erin operationalized major grant initiatives, serving a significant role in awarding over a million dollars in 2020 to leaders of color, and TNTP where she has contributed broadly across the organization providing business development and fundraising project management, leadership support, and program operations for the Arizona Teaching Fellows. Prior to TNTP, Erin served as program director for a Phoenix-based youth development organization, program supervisor and family support specialist for an Arizona-wide behavioral health organization, and a community development Peace Corps volunteer in the country of Georgia—former Soviet republic. Erin loves a good camping adventure and spent the majority of 2021 traveling full-time throughout the United States living, working, and road-schooling in a thirty-foot RV with her husband, two kids, dog, and cat. Now, settled back home in Arizona, Erin enjoys hiking and taking in the beauty of the Sonoran Desert.
