Alia Knowlan

Alia Knowlan is the Lead, UX Designer at EdReports, where she creates intuitive, accessible digital experiences across the organization’s website, reports, and internal tools. She brings more than a decade of experience in product design, UX/UI, and creative strategy, with a career spanning mental health, climate justice, and education. Before joining EdReports, Alia led design at Brightside Health, worked at the global design firm Frog, and collaborated with mission-driven nonprofits and grassroots organizations. She’s energized by research, collaboration, and designing for work that makes a real difference. Outside of her design practice, she teaches creative workshops, makes ecology-focused art, and helps steward her local community garden.
